Ruben Amorim comes up against his former club as Milan have named Goncalo Ramos and Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the starting XI for their final pre-season friendly against Manchester United.

The match kicks off at the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw, Poland, at 15.45 UK time (16.45 CEST).

It is a reunion for Amorim, who was dismissed by Manchester United in January.

The Rossoneri have endured a difficult pre-season so far, with mostly underwhelming displays, including a 1-1 draw with Inter and a 3-0 loss to Chelsea.

After the tour of Australia and Indonesia, Amorim chose to leave certain players out of his squad and place them on the market, among them Christopher Nkunku, Fikayo Tomori, Youssouf Fofana and the injured Santiago Gimenez.

Also unavailable today are the injured Rafael Leao, Christian Pulisic and Matteo Gabbia, while Mike Maignan and Adrien Rabiot are still on holiday after the World Cup with France.

Big-money new arrival Goncalo Ramos leads the attack, supported by Ruben Loftus-Cheek and 19-year-old Alphadjo Cisse.

Luka Modric starts on the bench, with Ardon Jashari and Yunus Musah preferred from the outset.

Manchester United are without Manuel Ugarte, Mason Mount, Benjamin Sesko, Matthijs de Ligt and Tom Heaton.

Matheus Cunha leads the line, with former Serie A players Amad Diallo, Bruno Fernandes and Patrick Dorgu also starting.
