Lucknow . Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday targeted the BJP government at the Center and the state on several issues. Raising questions on the issue of delimitation, he said that today the security of its borders is more important than delimitation for the country. BJP should tell what was the area of ​​the country in 2014 and how much is it now. Akhilesh Yadav said that questions are being raised regarding the security of the country's borders.

He said that the government should give a clear answer on this issue. Along with delimitation, he also described the country's foreign policy, terrorism and Naxalism as important. Attacking the Central Government on inflation, the SP President said that the pressure of inflation is increasing on the common people. Raising the issue of mixing E-20 in petrol, he sought an answer from the government.

He also raised questions regarding the availability of fertilizers and DAP to the farmers. Alleged that farmers are not getting enough fertilizer. Akhilesh targeted the state government and the city administration regarding the cleanliness system of Lucknow. He claimed that there is garbage lying everywhere in the capital and drains are filled, while there is talk of smart city.

He also raised questions on the government's claims of plantation and said that BJP people talk about planting 300 crore trees, but it should be told where these trees have been planted. He also mentioned the condition of Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway and said that potholes are visible at many places on the expressway. Akhilesh demanded the government to fix accountability regarding development works and their maintenance.

The SP President raised questions on the government, claiming closure of primary schools in Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's home district Gorakhpur. He said that 500 primary schools have been closed in Gorakhpur. Describing it as a serious matter, he said that the government should explain why there was a need to close the schools. Akhilesh said that Samajwadi Party will continue the fight for the Constitution, social justice and rights.

He said that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia had shown the society the path of Constitution and socialism. Even today the society needs to be aware and united for its rights. He said that just as people had to struggle for their rights during the era of independence, in the same way even today they have to demand their rights from the governments.

Paying tribute to Veerangana Avanti Bai Lodhi on her birth anniversary, Akhilesh said that the country will always remember her courage, struggle and sacrifice. He said that just as Rani Lakshmibai showed bravery in the freedom struggle, similarly Avanti Bai Lodhi also fought against the British rule. He said that there are many freedom fighters in history who dedicated their lives for the rights of the country and society. It is the responsibility of the society to honor all such great men and brave women.
