Amrit Udyan Online Booking: If you want to take some time out from the hustle and bustle of Delhi and enjoy peace and greenery, then the Amrit Udyan of Rashtrapati Bhavan can be a great option for you. As part of a special summer event, this beautiful garden has again opened to the public. There is no fee to visit, but prior online booking is required.
Opportunity till 15th September
The organization of Summer Annuals-2026 at Amrit Udyan has started from 16th August and will continue till 15th September. During this time, visitors will be able to enjoy the various colorful flowers and plants that bloom in summer.
This garden is spread over approximately 15 acres, which is an ideal place to visit with family and friends. There is no fee for entry here.

This time, many plants and flowers of Indian species have been given prominence in the garden. Plants like Aparajita, Barsha flower, Gul-Mehendi, Rukmini, Nagfna and Lal Saag are enhancing the beauty of this place.

This garden is located in the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex and is believed to be about a century old. Earlier it was known as Mughal Garden, but in 2023 it was renamed as Amrit Udyan. This year's Summer Annuals program was formally inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu.
entry time
If you are planning to visit Amrit Udyan, you can go between 16th August to 15th September. Garden timings are from 10 am to 6 pm.
However, the park is closed every Monday, so check the day before you go.
Online booking required
No fee will be charged for entry to Amrit Udyan, but advance online booking is required. Entry will not be allowed without booking.
To book your slot, you have to visit the official website of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Keep in mind that online booking closes at 10am the day before the day you want to go.
Gate number 35 has been earmarked near North Avenue Road for entry into the park.
Facilities for those coming by metro
For the convenience of the visitors, facilities like drinking water, first aid, rest room and rain shelter to protect from rain will be available in the garden complex.
If you are coming by metro, there is also a shuttle bus facility from Central Secretariat Metro Station, which will run every 30 minutes.
special admission system
Special arrangements have been made for the players and teachers in this event of Amrit Udyan. There will be arrangements for special entry for the players on the occasion of National Sports Day on 29th August.
At the same time, on the occasion of Teacher's Day on 5th September, teachers will be given special entry, due to which people of both these categories will get a special opportunity to see the garden.
