In Mohanlalganj town, a case of abusing people under the influence of alcohol and threatening to kill and implicating them in a false case and sending them to jail has come to light. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against dismissed constable Roshan Raza and his partner Ramchandra and started investigation.
Gopalkheda resident Manish Singh told in the complaint given to the police that he was present in the town on the evening of 13th August. Meanwhile, dismissed constable Roshan Raza made a call and started abusing while under the influence of alcohol. When protested, the accused reached the spot and started threatening to kill. It is alleged that he also threatened to implicate her in a fake case and send her to jail. People present nearby intervened and pacified the matter.
According to the victim, at around 8 pm on August 15, Roshan called again from his partner Ramchandra's phone and abused him and threatened to kill him. It is alleged that after this Ramchandra also took the phone and used abusive language and threatened Manish.
Manish told the police that the accused had already been to jail and used to influence people by claiming himself to be close to the former minister. The victim demanded action from the police against the accused. Mohanlalganj police has registered a case against both the accused on the basis of the complaint. Police say that the matter is being investigated and further action will be taken based on the evidence.
