While the Indian men made an impressive start to their campaign with a 3-1 win over Wales on the opening day of the FIH Hockey World Cup, their women counterparts on Sunday put up a brave performance to beat Paris Olympic Games silver medalists China 2-2 in the toughest match of Pool D.
