LPG eKYC Last Date: The last date for getting eKYC done for domestic cylinders is today i.e. 16th August 2026. If you want to avail the service of your LPG cylinder without any interruption, then you should get eKYC done. According to media reports, those who have not got their e-KYC done by 12 midnight may have to pay more money for it. e-KYC can be done both offline and online.

Those who have Ujjwala connection, their subsidy may also be stopped if you have not got the eKYC done. This rule applies to all new and old customers. If e-KYC is not done for a long time, the connection may get blocked.

How to get LPG eKYC done?

If you want to get LPG eKYC done, then first of all you can go to your nearest gas agency office and get your e-KYC completed immediately through biometric machine. If you do not want to go to the gas agency and stand in line, then you can also get your eKYC done through the company’s mobile app sitting at home.

If you are facing any technical problem to online or app, you can immediately contact your gas distributor. For this, after installing the app in your mobile, you will have to complete the process of Aadhaar authentication and face verification.

What can happen if LPG eKYC is not done?

If you have not done LPG eKYC then you may have to face some problems. In such a situation, the gas subsidy coming into your bank account may stop. If KYC is not done on time, the gas distributor may also refuse to provide a new cylinder. However, this is possible only in some cases. After the subsidy stops, you may have to buy cylinders at a higher price without any discount. By doing this your connection may be considered invalid in government records.
