Q1 Results: Bumper jump of 629% in net profit

According to the information given by UFlex to the stock market, the company’s performance in the first quarter ending June 2026 has been excellent. On annual basis (YoY), the company’s net profit has increased by 629 percent to Rs 423.30 crore. At the same time, on quarter-to-quarter (QoQ) basis, a huge increase of 116 percent has been recorded in the net profit of the company.

There has also been a tremendous increase in the company’s revenue. During April to June, UFlex’s total revenue increased by 37.60 percent year-on-year to Rs 5366 crore, which is 32.30 percent higher than the March quarter. However, the company’s expenses have also increased during this period and the total expenses in the first quarter increased to Rs 490.50 crore.

Tremendous buying and price movement in shares

The impact of excellent financial results was clearly visible on the stock’s performance. In Monday’s trading session, the company’s shares opened with a rise on BSE and in no time touched the upper circuit of 20 per cent and reached an intra-day high of Rs 553.40. There was huge enthusiasm among investors to buy this share in the market.

UFlex shares have a 52-week high of Rs 600.95 and low of Rs 333, while the market cap of the company is currently around Rs 5,132 crore. In the last one month, this stock has given an excellent return of about 33 percent to the investors, while in the last 6 months this stock has given a profit of 25 percent.

Has a record of paying regular dividends

Along with strong fundamentals, this company has also been giving dividend benefits to its investors from time to time. UFlex had traded ex-dividend in June 2026 this year, under which a dividend of Rs 3 per share was given to eligible investors. Earlier in 2025 also, the company had given a dividend of Rs 3 per share to the shareholders, due to which the confidence in this stock remains constant among long-term investors.
