As per the intention of the government, in all the four tehsils of the district, instead of organizing the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas on the third Saturday of the month of August as it was Independence Day, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized on Monday.

On the occasion of Total Solution Day, Deputy District Magistrate Ashish Kumar Tripathi etc. in Tehsil Robertsganj, while listening to 24 complaints, resolved 04 cases on the spot. In this way, a total of 04 cases were resolved in Tehsil Day, Rawatsganj, instructions were given to the concerned to dispose of the remaining 20 cases in a time bound manner. Tehsildar Rawatsganj, Naib Tehsildar and other officers were present on this occasion.

In this sequence, Complete Solution Day was completed in Obra under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Jagriti Awasthi. On this occasion, the complaints of the complainants who came to the tehsil were resolved, during this time teams were also sent to the areas to resolve the cases and the concerned were also directed not to be negligent in this matter. Officials were directed to dispose of the remaining cases in a quality and timely manner. On this occasion, Tehsildar Obara etc. listened to 22 complaints and resolved 03 cases on the spot. Thus, a total of 03 cases were disposed of in Tehsil Day Obra, instructions were given to the concerned to dispose of the remaining 19 cases in a time bound manner.

Similarly, Sampoorna Samadhan Divas Ghorawal was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy District Magistrate Ghorawal Vishal Kumar. On this occasion, the applications received through the complainant in the tehsil were disposed of, during this, Deputy District Magistrate Ghorawal, while getting the cases disposed of, also directed the concerned not to be lax in this matter, the officers were directed to dispose of the remaining cases in a quality and time bound manner. On this occasion, Deputy District Magistrate Ghorawal and Tehsildar Ghorawal etc., while listening to 15 complaints, resolved 02 cases on the spot, thus a total of 02 cases were resolved in Tehsil Day Ghorawal, instructions were given to the concerned to resolve the remaining 13 cases in a time bound manner.

In the same sequence, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas Duddhi was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy District Magistrate Ashok Kumar Gupta, on this occasion, the complaints of the complainants who came on Tehsil Day were resolved and the officers were directed to resolve the remaining cases in a quality and time bound manner. On this occasion, Deputy District Magistrate Duddhi, Tehsildar Duddhi, CO Duddhi and Pipri etc., while listening to 47 complaints, 07 cases were disposed of on the spot and instructions were given to the concerned for timely and quality disposal of the remaining 40 applications.

A total of 108 complaints were received in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in all four tehsils, out of which 16 complaints were resolved by sending a team and on the spot.
