Mobile App KYC Process Details: An important news has come to light for millions of LPG consumers of Madhya Pradesh. The state government has extended the last date for LPG e-KYC. As per the previous order of the government, it was necessary for all LPG customers to get e-KYC done by August 16. But now this deadline has been extended to 23rd August. The government says that by extending the date, the remaining consumers will now be able to get LPG e-KYC done and will get relief from long queues of customers in gas agencies.

Although 23rd August is near, there is a rush among the consumers to complete the LPG e-KYC process. If any consumer does not get LPG e-KYC done by 23rd August, he will not be able to get the gas cylinder.

Why did the date of E-KYC increase?

Let us tell you that in its old order, the government had given time till August 16 to the consumers to get LPG E-KYC done. The government had clearly said that it is necessary to get LPG e-KYC done by this date, otherwise gas cylinders will not be available from next month. The process of e-KYC is done digitally, due to which problems were being faced repeatedly and e-KYC of many consumers could not be done. Due to slow server running, the government has extended the deadline for LPG e-KYC. At the same time, the government says that the app was also running very slow, due to which there was delay in e-KYC.

Why is it important to do E-KYC?

Book gas cylinder through OTP

Booking LPG gas cylinder has become easier than ever. Now the gas cylinder is reaching home through OTP. Booking of LPG cylinder is being done on 45 days in rural areas and on 25 days in cities. Let us tell you that India imports LPG from outside countries. Due to the war in the Middle East countries, India earlier used to import LPG from the Gulf countries, there was a slight shortage. However, now LPG cylinders are available like before and customers can book them sitting at home without any hassle.
