**Number of students who took the Class 10 Board Compartment Exam**
The Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh (UP Board), has shared details regarding the students who appeared for the Class 10 Board Compartment/Improvement Exam 2026. A total of 20,855 students registered for the exam, comprising 15,705 boys and 5,150 girls. Of these, 19,394 students actually appeared for the exam—14,616 boys and 4,778 girls.

Out of these, 19,191 students passed the Class 10 Board Compartment/Improvement Exam 2026, including 14,456 boys and 4,735 girls. According to the UP Board, the pass percentage for the Class 10 Compartment/Improvement Exam 2026 stood at 98.95%; the pass percentage for boys was 98.91%, and for girls, it was 99.10%.

**Number of students who took the Class 12 Compartment Exam**
The Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh (UP Board), has shared information regarding the students who appeared for the Class 12 Compartment Exam. A total of 21,227 students registered for the Class 12 Compartment Exam, consisting of 11,256 boys and 9,971 girls.

Information shared by the UP Board: According to the data, 10,839 boys and 9,701 girls appeared for the Class 12 compartment exam, bringing the total number of participating students to 20,540. The UP Board reported that 8,388 boys and 7,898 girls passed the exam, resulting in a total of 16,286 successful students. The overall pass percentage for the Class 12 compartment exam stands at 79.29%; the pass percentage for boys is 77.39%, while for girls, it is 81.41%.
