Vivo V80 Lite 5G Leak: A new leak has emerged regarding Vivo V80 Lite, which has further strengthened the earlier reports which claimed that Vivo S2 can be launched with a different name in the global market. A picture of Vivo V80 Lite has surfaced online. Even though the picture is blurry, the design of the phone looks very similar to Vivo S2.

Vivo V80 Lite pictures surfaced
It started when three model numbers V2643, V2644 and V2576 associated with Vivo V80 Lite appeared in the Google Play Supported Devices List. Of these, model number V2576 is also linked to Vivo S2. This raised the possibility that both smartphones could be the same device, which would be launched under different names in different markets. However, Vivo has not yet given any official information about this.

Vivo has been changing the names of its smartphones according to different regions in the past also. In such a situation, it would not be completely unusual for Vivo S2 to be introduced in the global market under the name of any V-Series model.

Now after the new pictures have surfaced, this speculation has become stronger. Vivo S2 has a slim frame, curved edges and a horizontal camera bar at the back. It appears to have two large round camera sensors and a circular flash along with them. Almost the same design is seen in the leaked promotional material of Vivo V80 Lite 5G. The camera placement, curved design of the display and blue color option also match Vivo S2.

Possible specifications of Vivo V80 Lite 5G
If the Vivo V80 Lite 5G and the Vivo S2 indeed prove to be smartphones with the same hardware, the V80 Lite is expected to share the confirmed specifications of the Vivo S2. The phone can have a 6.83 inch AMOLED display, which will support 120Hz refresh rate. For performance, it is likely to have MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset. Apart from this, a large 7,050mAh battery can be provided in the phone.

Talking about camera setup, the phone is expected to have a 50-megapixel Sony main camera and a secondary rear sensor. It can be provided with a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. At present, there has been no official confirmation from the company regarding the name, design and specification of Vivo V80 Lite 5G. Therefore, for now, this information should be seen only as a leak and possible specification. The actual information of the phone will be revealed only after the official announcement of the company.
