New Delhi. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday expressed happiness over the agreement between the students and the government in Jharkhand and the end of the hunger strike by the protesting students and said that whenever students ask questions, they should get answers.
Gandhi said in a post on 'X' that Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and the state government chose the path of dialogue, which led to a solution. He also appreciated the patience of the students. He said, this is the right way – if students ask questions, they should get answers.
The Congress leader said that he stands with every student of the country and will change this recovery system from its roots, so that every student can get the full fruits of his hard work and the right to fair competition. Rahul Gandhi said that the system will be changed in the entire country and such a system will be created which will help the students to move forward and not hold them back.
Students protesting against alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations in Jharkhand are likely to take a decision on ending their agitation on Tuesday. Earlier, the state government announced the cancellation of all recruitment examinations conducted through outsourced agency since 2014, including the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission-Combined Graduate Level (JSSC-CGL) examination.
