Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan was visited by his sister Nooreen Niazi in jail. According to jail sources, this meeting took place in the conference room of the jail.
There was a discussion between the two on Imran Khan's health and other issues. Sources said that Noorin also informed him about new updates to a recent order of the Supreme Court. After the meeting was over, Noreen Niazi came out of the jail and reached Dahgal checkpoint.
There, when a journalist asked him whether he had met Imran Khan, he indicated to remain silent by placing a finger on his lips. He did not give any direct answer to this question. After this Noreen went and sat in her car. After a while Dr. Uzma was also called near the car and then Qasim Zaman also reached there.
According to sources, Noreen told Dr. Uzma and Qasim Zaman in detail about her conversation with Imran Khan and the issues discussed inside the jail.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered former Wazir-e-Azam (Prime Minister) Imran Khan, imprisoned in Adiala Jail, to be admitted to the hospital for proper treatment. The court gave the order on Tuesday. As per the decision, jailed Imran Khan will be admitted to Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad for complete medical examination in the next few days.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court led by Justice Shahid Waheed gave this order while hearing several petitions seeking hospitalization of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and meeting his family.
