New Delhi, 19 August. The country is remembering former President of India and freedom fighter Shankar Dayal Sharma with reverence on his birth anniversary. Many leaders, including Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Manohar Lal and Jitin Prasad, paid tribute to him and acknowledged his contribution to the service of the nation.
