New Delhi. NEET UG paper was leaked in May this year. After which the Central Government has made many strong arrangements. While giving this information, the Central Government has said in the Supreme Court that the present system of NEET UG examination is fool proof. That means it is difficult to break into it. However, the Central Government also told the Supreme Court that there is human interference in the NEET UG examination. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta in the Supreme Court also gave information about how the NEET UG paper is set.

Solicitor General said that there are many groups of moderators for NEET UG. This group of moderators creates a question bank of 500 questions. Other moderators prepare 4 different papers from this question bank. In which there are 100-100 questions. The Solicitor General told the Supreme Court that after the paper is prepared, the Director General of NTA selects 2 papers. Which are sent in sealed boxes to different printing presses under the protection of CCTV and CISF. The key of this box is digital, which is with the in-charge.

Tushar Mehta told the Supreme Court on behalf of the Center that the box containing the paper can be opened only when the printing press owner contacts the DG of NTA and gets the code of the digital lock. After the paper is taken out of the box, entry of outsiders into the printing press is prohibited. There is also a video recording of the printing of NEET UG papers. Those who print the paper in the printing press do not know to which examination center it will be sent. Apart from this, NEET UG papers and OMR sheets are kept in sealed envelopes and sent to the examination centres. Let us tell you that after the leak of NEET UG paper this year, it was said by the Central Government that preparations are being made to conduct the examination online from next year. However, 22 to 24 lakh students appear for NEET UG. In such a situation, a large number of computers will have to be arranged for the online examination.
