iQOO Z11S has officially launched in China, bringing a combination of a very large battery and high-refresh-rate AMOLED display to the company’s mid-range smartphone range.
The new model is particularly notable for its 10000mAh battery, making it the first iQOO smartphone to reach this capacity. Alongside the battery, the iQOO Z11S features a 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset, a 50MP rear camera, and 44W wired charging.
The iQOO Z11S runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The phone is currently available in China, while iQOO has not confirmed an international launch.

10000 mAh Battery Is the Main Highlight
The biggest change brought by the iQOO Z11S is its battery capacity.
The smartphone packs a 10000mAh battery, making it iQOO’s first phone with a battery of this size. Despite the capacity, iQOO has kept the handset relatively slim at 8.59mm, although its weight of approximately 225g makes it heavier than many conventional mid-range smartphones. The battery supports 44W wired fast charging.
This is slower on paper than some performance-focused smartphones that now offer 80W, 100W, or higher charging, but iQOO is prioritizing capacity over charging speed with the Z11S. The phone uses iQOO’s Blue Ocean Battery technology.
Current launch information also identifies a second-generation semi-solid-state battery architecture and Magic Cube Packaging 2.0 as part of the battery design, allowing the large cell to be integrated into the relatively thin body.
144 Hz AMOLED Display With 2000-Nit Full-Screen Brightness
The iQOO Z11S comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display offering a 2800 × 1260-pixel resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports HDR, P3 wide color gamut, and full-brightness DC dimming. For gaming, the display supports touch sampling rates of up to 300Hz in supported games, intended to improve touch response during gameplay.
The panel also carries SGS certifications for low blue light and low flicker. Another notable figure is its 2000-nit full-screen brightness rating, giving the display a higher brightness ceiling than many conventional mid-range panels.
Dimensity 7500 Handles iQOO Z11S Performance
The Z11S is powered by the 4 nm MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Full-Power Version, paired with a Mali-G625 GPU. The phone comes with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, while storage options range from 128GB to 512GB with UFS 3.1. The smartphone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. This puts the Z11S on the latest Android generation at launch while keeping iQOO’s software interface on top.
50MP Camera With OIS
On the back, the iQOO Z11S features a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization. The camera supports up to 10x digital zoom and video recording at up to 4K resolution. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. It has an f/2.05 aperture, autofocus support, and video recording up to 1080p.

The camera setup therefore focuses on the primary sensor rather than offering a large multi-camera system. This is another area where the Z11S differs from higher-end iQOO models that typically place greater emphasis on multiple rear cameras and performance-oriented imaging hardware.
IP69 Protection and Connectivity
The smartphone carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings, providing protection against dust and water. It also includes an optical in-display fingerprint sensor and facial recognition for biometric security. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and OTG. The handset uses a USB Type-C port for charging and wired connectivity.
How the Z11S Fits Into iQOO’s Lineup
The iQOO Z11S takes a different approach from the more performance-focused iQOO Neo11 Ultra, which was launched alongside it in China. The Neo11 Ultra features a 9100mAh battery and 100W charging, while the Z11S offers a larger 10000mAh battery but lower 44W charging.

This makes the Z11S more clearly centered around battery capacity and everyday endurance, while the Neo11 Ultra is positioned higher with a more powerful chipset and faster charging. The Z11S therefore stands out not because it attempts to match the company’s higher-end hardware, but because it puts an unusually large battery into a mid-range smartphone.
Price and Availability
The iQOO Z11S is available in China in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB configurations. Gadgets360 lists the prices at CNY 1,999, CNY 2,199, CNY 2,499, and CNY 2,899, respectively. The phone is offered in Snow White, Dark Rock Black, and Floating Light. The official Vivo China store currently lists the Z11S as available for purchase. However, iQOO has not announced an international launch, so there is currently no confirmed information about availability or pricing in India.
Conclusion
The iQOO Z11S has officially launched in China with a specification sheet built around battery capacity. Its 10000 mAh battery is paired with a 6.83-inch 144 Hz AMOLED display, a Dimensity 7500 chipset, a 50 MP OIS camera, 44 W charging, and IP68/IP69 protection. The phone is currently positioned as a mid-range option and offers up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. While its battery capacity clearly distinguishes it from many conventional mid-range models, its international availability remains unconfirmed.
