To fulfill the protein deficiency, the use of soybean in food can be increased. Soybean is a plant based protein and it is easily available and does not spoil for a long time. Soybean chunks and soybean balls are easily available in the market. People prepare vegetable from potato, soybean and eat it. They like to grind soybean and eat it by making kebabs and tikkis. It is also added to Soybean Badi Pulao. But today we are telling you the recipe of making very creamy and delicious soybean curry, which is called Soya Malai Kali Mirch. This vegetable is very creamy and tastes delicious. You must try this recipe of Soya Malai Pepper once.
Soya Cream Pepper Recipe
First step- First of all, take soybean seeds in a bowl and soak them in hot water. Squeeze out the water from the soaked soybean and now add curd to it after beating it well. Add some salt, black pepper and lemon juice on top.
Second step- Mix everything and leave it to set for 15 minutes. Now pour oil in the pan and add finely chopped ginger garlic paste into it. Now add 1 chopped onion and finely chopped green chillies. Mix all the ingredients and fry them and then add 8-10 cashews to it.
Third step- Cook it by adding some water and when it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it well. Now add butter in the pan and add your favorite spices like cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, dry red chillies and mix. Now add the ground paste and mix.
Fourth step- Fry the ground paste well and when the masala is roasted, add water as per your requirement. Add curd soya badi in it and mix. Add salt, black pepper and kasoori methi on top. Add fresh finely chopped coriander and serve. This soya cream vegetable tastes very tasty with roti and paratha.
