People with acne or pimples should not usually use face packs, those who already have acne or pimples should avoid certain types of face packs. Especially those that contain too much oil or heavy ingredients, they can clog skin pores, leading to acne breakouts. Also if one already has allergies, like certain fruits, milk or certain ingredients, they should carefully check the ingredients used in the face pack. Applying untested face packs may cause skin rash or swelling.
Avoid using face packs that contain certain chemicals during pregnancy. The skin becomes more sensitive during this period, so it is best to consult a doctor or dermatologist before applying any face pack. Applying the wrong face pack can cause redness, itching and irritation on the skin. Sometimes small rashes may also occur on the skin. Some people may experience extreme dryness or tightness after removing the pack. If the face pack contains allergenic ingredients, there is a risk of swelling.

Before applying the face pack, always apply a small amount on the hand or behind the ear to see if there is any reaction. This is called a patch test. Apply it on the face only if there is no irritation or redness after 15-20 minutes. Avoid keeping the face pack on your face for too long, as it can dry out your skin. If you feel any discomfort, immediately wash your face with water and consult a doctor. Everyone's skin is different, so it's important to consider your skin type when choosing a face pack.
