The company is going to officially introduce the new-generation models of its two best-selling motorcycles, Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150, on August 24, 2026. Even before the official launch, some glimpses of the new Pulsar have started emerging. The first consignment of these bikes has started arriving at many Bajaj showrooms and dealerships across the country. Looking at the initial pictures, it is clear that the company has maintained the classic muscular look of Pulsar, which people have been liking for years, but now it has been made much sharper, sporty and aggressive than before. The front headlamp cowl of the bike now looks larger, the fuel tank has been given a new cut-and-curve design and the rear tail section looks quite slim and modern.
If we talk about the technical front, this time Bajaj has changed the basic structure of Pulsar. The new Pulsar 125 and 150 are built on a completely new platform and chassis. The rider will get its direct benefit in the form of better handling and road grip. To deal with the potholes on the roads, telescopic forks have been provided at the front and monoshock suspension setup at the rear. Keeping safety in mind, a combination of disc brake at front and drum brake at rear will be available, with which single-channel ABS is expected to be supported.
Bajaj is going to give a big surprise in terms of engine also. Brand new age refined engines are being provided in both the models. Especially this time oil-cooling technology can be seen in Pulsar 150. Due to this technology, the engine will not heat up quickly even during long distance journeys and its performance will remain intact. However, the exact figures of power and torque of the new engine will be clear only on the day of launch.
There is going to be something special in the new Pulsar for feature lovers too. This time a completely new color TFT instrument cluster can be found in the top-end variants. It is expected to have modern features like Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and call/SMS alerts. With the inclusion of these high-tech features, Pulsar is going to give tough competition to its rivals in the 125cc and 150cc segments.
