IndiGo Website Down For Second Time in Week: The website of the country's largest airline company IndiGo has come to a standstill. Due to website being down, passengers are not able to book tickets and check-in. Some users are also facing difficulty in logging into the mobile app. This is the second time this week that there has been a glitch in IndiGo's website and online services.

The airline issued a service advisory on its website saying that the system is experiencing intermittent problems. This may cause difficulty for some customers in using our online services. We are working on fixing it.

IndiGo said that customers who need immediate travel assistance should contact the customer support helpline. Customers whose journey is later should try after some time. Indigo asked passengers to use the digital channel again after some time. On Friday, many users complained on Indigo's X account. These included flight booking failure, problem in web check-in and not receiving payment confirmation. The glitch came to light two days after IndiGo acknowledged a problem with its main reservations platform.

The problem was to IndiGo's main reservation system. This system plays an important role in ticket reservation and many online processes to passengers. A technical glitch in such a system can cause inconvenience to a large number of passengers at once, especially when they are completing the formalities to their flight just before the journey. IndiGo said that its teams, along with its technical partners, were working to fix the problem on priority basis. The airline appealed to passengers to contact the customer support center in case they need immediate assistance and for those traveling later, to try the website or mobile application again after some time.

The airline's network is quite large. Therefore, any disruption in its digital systems may impact a large number of passengers booking tickets, checking-in or managing existing reservations.
