Yash and Kiara Advani's film 'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-ups' Has received an A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. This means that the film will only be screened for audiences aged 18 and over. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on August 26.

The total runtime of this movie is approximately 3 hours 12 minutes. The CBFC has approved it without any cuts, but has asked for two minor changes. In Kannada dialogue, words like 'Tevidiya Paiya' and 'Tevidiya Pulla' have to be changed or muted. Additionally, the English subtitles also require modification. Additionally, warnings regarding smoking and drinking must also be added to the film.

Even in the UK, the British Board of Film Classification has given this film an adult rating. There, scenes involving violence, injury details and sex have received the highest ratings. Themes such as danger, horror, profanity, drugs, sexual violence and suicide were also given high scores.

Yash had already made it clear that this film is not for children. He said that the tagline itself tells that this is a story for 'grown-ups'. Therefore, parents should not take their children.
