Love Affair Murder: Police has made a shocking revelation in the case of murder of husband in Vishwakarma police station area of Rajasthan capital Jaipur. Kavita Meena, a 23-year-old woman, conspired to murder her husband Mahesh Meena to pursue her alleged 9-year-old love affair and be with her lover Ganesh Meena. According to police investigation, Kavita and 27-year-old Ganesh knew each other for about 9 years. Both are said to be neighbours. Due to the wishes of the family, Kavita got married to Mahesh. Police say that even after marriage she continued to be in contact with Ganesh. She was reportedly not happy with her husband and would often go to her maternal home after disputes. To get rid of her husband, Ganesh along with Kavita planned the murder.

Had ordered insecticide from father
Investigation revealed that Kavita had ordered pesticide used in crops from her father about four months ago. It is said that to avoid suspicion in the house, she gave some part of the pesticide to her mother-in-law to use in the grains, while kept the rest with herself. On August 5, Kavita called Mahesh out of the house on the pretext of going to the temple. On the way, he bought juice and allegedly mixed pesticide in it. According to the information, Mahesh refused to drink the juice, but Kavita allegedly made him drink the juice after assuring her of love.
Mahesh kept suffering for one and a half hours
After drinking the juice, Mahesh's health started deteriorating rapidly. He started vomiting and became in critical condition. Kavita stayed there for a long time watching her husband suffer. After this, lover Ganesh reached there with his two companions and kept roaming around taking Mahesh on the bike for about three hours. When he died, the accused fled away leaving the body on the roadside.

Important clue found from CCTV and Facebook
Initially, the situation regarding the reason for the murder and the accused was not clear to the police. During the investigation, the police examined CCTV footage of the incident site and surrounding areas. The footage revealed the activities of suspicious bike riding youth.
After this the police also investigated the social media activities. The police got an important clue about their relationship from the pictures of Kavita and Ganesh together on Facebook. According to the police, during interrogation, Kavita allegedly revealed the entire conspiracy. At present, the police is interrogating the accused arrested in the case and the role of other people involved in the murder is also being investigated.
