FIR against Abhijeet Deepke, Maharashtra Police took action for this reason

Police of Latur district of Maharashtra has registered an FIR against Cockroach Janata Party convenor Abhijeet Deepke and others. A case has been registered against Abhijeet for entering a government school without permission, obstructing government work and threatening teachers. This FIR has been registered at Ausa police station on the complaint of Zilla Parishad Urdu School teacher Syed Shamshadbano Khairat Ali.

According to the complaint, this incident took place at the Zilla Parishad Urdu School located in Javali near Ausa, 500 km from the capital Mumbai. It is alleged that Deepke along with his colleagues had entered the school without any permission. He sat among the students and started asking them questions. The allegation is that he disrupted studies and government work.

According to the FIR lodged in the police station, Abhijeet also did video conferencing during this period. Also shared it on social media. According to the complaint, Deepke has defamed our school. During his visit, students from other schools were taken and made to sit in classrooms. He is also accused of threatening to have the teachers suspended.

FIR under these sections of BNS

The police have registered an FIR under sections of the Indian Penal Code, including sections 132, 329(3), 351(2) and 356(2). Abhijeet is accused of assault or use of criminal force to prevent a government servant from performing duty, entering a house without permission, criminal intimidation and criminal defamation. Police say that investigation into the matter is ongoing. After investigation, regular action will be taken.
