Desk: A case of death of four people of a Hindu family under suspicious circumstances has come to light in Bangladesh. The bodies of all four have been recovered from their house. The deceased include retired teacher Ganpati Chakraborty, his wife Pritilata, daughter Agami and 12-year-old son Priyam. This incident has created a stir. Who targeted the Hindu family and who attacked it is not known at present. The police have started investigating the matter.

According to the information, the incident took place in Rangpur city of Bangladesh. Where the bodies of a retired school teacher, his wife, daughter and son were found in a locked house late on Saturday night. According to Nazmul Kader, officer in charge of Rangpur Metropolitan Kotwali Police Station, the police entered the locked house and recovered the bodies. He said that the bodies were recovered from Daspara (Machupara) area of ​​the city at around 11:30 pm.

The deceased have been identified as Ganpati Chakraborty (65 years), a retired teacher of Rangpur District School, his wife Pritilata Chakraborty (50 years), their daughter Ukshi Chakraborty Prathi (23 years) and their son Priyam Chakraborty (12 years). According to local residents, Ganapathy had retired from Rangpur Zilla Vidyalaya on December 31 last year. His daughter Akshay completed her master's degree in English this year, while his son Priyam was a Class 5 student.

Relatives said that anxiety increased after losing contact with the family. Pritilata's younger sister Pooja Chakraborty told that she last spoke to her sister on Thursday afternoon. It is being told that the mobile phones of all the family members were switched off since Thursday night. He told, 'We reached Daspara on Saturday night after seeing their phones switched off. The main door of the house was closed and all the lights inside were off. Later the police arrived, broke the lock and entered the house, where the bodies of all four were found.

Pooja said that the family is unable to understand who would target these four or what could be the motive behind this crime. He said, 'I cannot understand who killed my sister and her entire family, why and when it happened. My sister's husband was very good. He had no enemies. He had built a new house in Daspara and was living there.

Ganpati's niece Soma Chakraborty told that she had last contact with her uncle on Thursday afternoon, after which she immediately reached his house after hearing the news of the dead on Saturday night. She told, 'After getting the news on Saturday night, I came here and saw his body. The bodies of my aunt, sister and brother were also lying there. My uncle had no enemies. After retiring from school, he started working as a homeopathic doctor.

Here the police and forensic team have started investigating the case. Rangpur Metropolitan CID in-charge Subir Chaudhary said that the bodies of the mother and daughter were recovered from the stairs, while Ganpati's body was found on the terrace. The son's body was found under the bed. Chaudhary said that the matter is being investigated and evidence is being collected from the spot.
