Rajeev and Krishna were to perform together on 23 August in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Both had left for Indore a day before for the program. Meanwhile, during takeoff of the flight, Rajiv got the news of his father's demise.

Krishna Abhishek shared a video on the social media account of the event company. In this he was seen with the organizer of the program Neetu Khanna in Indore.
Krishna told that when he and Rajiv were flying to Indore, the sad news of Rajiv's father's demise came to light. Expressing grief over this incident, he said that it is very sad for Rajiv, his family and the entire entertainment industry.

A day after his father's demise, Rajiv Thakur also shared an emotional post on social media. He shared several pictures with his father and wrote in short but emotional words, “Papa is gone.” After his post, fans and many people from the industry consoled him and expressed condolences to the family.
Due to father's demise, Rajeev Thakur and Krishna Abhishek's Indore show to be held on August 23 has been postponed.
Krishna appealed to the audience coming to the program that the show is currently being rescheduled. It has also been told by the event company that those who have purchased tickets will be given refunds. The new date of the show will be announced soon.
