- Lemon juice as needed
- Curd
- Saffron
- cardamom or nutmeg powder
- Monk fruit sweetener or sugar, to taste

How to make dry fruits cheese cake?
First of all, roast makhana, cashew nuts, almonds and melon seeds on low flame until they become light golden and crispy. Let them cool completely. After this, put all the roasted dry fruits along with dates in a blender and grind them coarsely.
Now heat milk in a pan. When milk starts bubbling, turn off the gas. Slowly add lemon juice into it and let the milk curdle. Once the chenna and whey separate from the milk, filter it. Wash the chenna with clean water and drain off the excess water thoroughly.
After this, blend chhena with curd, saffron, cardamom or nutmeg powder and monk fruit sweetener. Blend it until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
Now spread the mixture prepared from makhana-dry fruits and dates in a container or cake tin. Press it well to make a strong base. Pour the prepared creamy chhena mixture over it and spread it evenly.
