Actor Salman Khan is set to return to the Koffee With Karan 9couch, but this time, he is expected to appear without a family member or another celebrity by his side. The actor will reportedly be the first guest of Koffee With Karan Season 9, making his premiere appearance a rare solo outing on the popular celebrity chat show.

According to Variety India, Season 9 of Koffee With Karan is scheduled to begin streaming around October-November 2026, during the Diwali season. While several names have been circulating online as part of the show's possible guest list, Salman is reportedly the first guest locked for the new season.

A source informed the portal, "Salman has confirmed his presence to Karan Johar for the premiere episode. While other details are being ironed out, they are in agreement that Khan should appear solo this year."

Salman's history with Koffee With Karan makes the reported appearance particularly interesting. He stayed away from the show's coffee couch during its first three seasons before making a much-publicised appearance in Season 4. He later returned in Season 5, Episode 6, which marked the show's 100th episode.
