Chennai Weather LATEST Update: Chennai, Chengalpattu Among 13 Districts Likely To Get Rain Today

A weak low-level atmospheric trough is currently prevailing along the coastal parts of Tamil Nadu. Under its influence, moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms is likely in Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram and Ranipet on Monday.
Several other districts, including Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Cuddalore, Salem, Madurai and Tirupattur, may also receive moderate rain at isolated locations. Puducherry is likely to experience similar weather, with strong winds accompanying the showers in some places.
