Busy and don't have time to take care of your hair? Due to work pressure and lack of time, it becomes difficult for many to follow a hair care routine. But a little shampooing technique can change the health of your hair. A wonderful shampoo mixture of rice washing water and coffee can be prepared at home in a very short time and easily. This homemade method has become quite popular nowadays. How to make?
Necessary ingredients
Not many ingredients are required to make this special mixture. Just keep these handy:
- 1 teaspoon washed rice
- 1 small coffee packet
- 1 tablespoon regular shampoo
- Plenty of water

Method of making
(1) First heat some water in a pot. When the water is hot, add washed rice and coffee. Do not mix shampoo at this time.
(2) Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Switch off the gas when the rice and coffee extract mix well in the water. Now strain the liquid and let it cool for a while.
(3) When the mixture is completely cool, add 1 tablespoon of your regular shampoo. Keep stirring well until the shampoo thickens. It is best to make this mixture just before shampooing the hair. It is better to make it instantly every time you use it instead of storing it for a long time.

How to use?
Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with water. Now spread the prepared shampoo mixture evenly on the scalp and hair. Lightly massage scalp with fingertips for at least 2 minutes. After the massage, wash the hair thoroughly with clean water, so that no residue remains on the scalp.

Benefits and precautions
The use of rice water for hair protection is very old. On the other hand, the caffeine in coffee helps stimulate the scalp. As a result, this shampoo mixture is quite effective in keeping the hair clean and fresh.
However, it is important to remember that not all natural ingredients are equally effective on everyone's skin. Coffee or scented shampoos can cause dry or itchy scalp in some people. If the skin becomes red or irritated after using it, stop using it immediately. In case of excessive hair loss, it is wise to consult a specialist rather than relying on any home remedies.
