Silver Price Today, 26 August 2026: The easing of tensions between Iran and America is having an impact on several countries, including India. On one hand, crude oil prices have declined, while the Indian stock market has witnessed gains over the past few days.
At the same time, gold and silver prices have also been rising in recent days. However, on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, the futures price of silver on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) increased by 0.08%, or Rs 201, during the morning session, reaching Rs 2,44,328 per kg.
In the previous trading session, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, silver had closed at Rs 2,44,127 per kg.
According to the All India Bullion Association, before the market opened on Tuesday, the price of silver had fallen to Rs 2,50,000 per kg, including all taxes.
Meanwhile, in the international market, silver was trading at $68.46 per ounce.
According to GoodReturns, the price of silver had reached Rs 2,60,000 per kg, while according to Bullions, silver was priced at Rs 2,45,540 per kg.
