Juventus are edging towards sending Fabio Miretti to Besiktas, with the transfer now entering its final phase.
Negotiations between Juventus and Besiktas over the midfielder’s switch to Turkey are at an advanced stage. The Turkish club have effectively reached an agreement with the player and are now getting ready to present their final proposal to Juventus in the next few hours, with the intention of formalising the move.
The formula being discussed is a loan deal with an option to buy, which could turn into an obligation under certain conditions. As a result, the final approval for the transfer appears to be drawing closer.
Juventus are now awaiting Besiktas’ definitive offer and want the move to cover Miretti’s entire annual cost, including both his salary and the amortisation amount on the club’s accounts. That would help Juventus reduce their cost base and use those resources for their next transfer market moves, especially in pursuit of Franck Kessie.
After the latest round of contacts in the past few hours, the sense is that the operation has reached a decisive stage. Only the final financial details still need to be settled before the transfer receives the definitive green signal.
