New Delhi. The troubles of Bollywood's Dabangg star Salman Khan seem to be increasing once again. The Chandigarh district court has issued notices to several people, including Salman Khan and his sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri, in a case to alleged fraud. This dispute is said to be to the opening of jewelery showroom of Being Human brand in Manimajra area. The complainant in the case is local businessman Arun Gupta who has alleged that the promises made to him regarding opening the showroom were not fulfilled and he was allegedly caused financial loss. However, the court has not yet given any final conclusion on the allegations and the initial legal process of the case is going on.

According to the complaint, this matter is to Style Quotient Jewelery Private Limited. It has come to light that a business agreement has been made with this company regarding the showroom. The complainant alleges that he was prepared to start a jewelery showroom under the Being Human brand but later the circumstances became difficult for him. He claims that the way talks and assurances were given regarding the business, they were not fulfilled in the same manner. After this he approached the court and demanded legal action based on his complaint.

In this case, the court has not only sent notice to Salman Khan but the name of his sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri is also included in it. Apart from this, notice has also been issued to Santosh Srivastava and Prasad Bindu Madhav Kapde, directors associated with Style Quotient Jewelery Private Limited. The purpose of the court at present is to know the stand of the parties concerned on the allegations made in the complaint so that further legal process can be carried forward on the basis of facts and arguments of both the parties.

The special thing is that the notice issued by the court has been stated under Section 223 of BNSS. This does not mean that Salman Khan or other people concerned have been convicted in this case. This process involves giving the parties concerned an opportunity to present their case before proceeding with the complaint. Therefore, it is important to understand the allegations and the final conclusion of the court in this case separately.

The court has directed all concerned to be present on October 5, 2026 at 10 am. They can present their case before the court themselves or through their advocate. Now the proceedings to be held on this date are considered very important because during this time the concerned parties can present their clarification on the allegations to the complaint.
