Gigi Hadid has revealed why her budding romance with her beau, Bradley Cooper, feels “different” to her compared with her previous relationships.
Speaking in a recent cover story for the September issue of French Voguepublished on Tuesday, August 25, the 31-year-old supermodel shared that honesty plays an integral role in making her relationship with the 51-year-old actor “beautiful.”
“What’s beautiful about my current relationship, and so different from what I’ve experienced before, is the ability to be deeply honest. To say what we think, when we think it,” Hadid said.
She also reflected on how she and Cooper help one another stay “grounded” amid their busy professional lives.
The Versace model added, “We don’t necessarily understand all the challenges of each other’s jobs, but the important thing is to have someone who supports you – and helps you stay grounded.”
Previously, she discussed how the Silver Linings Playbook star has supported and encouraged her creative ambitions.
“I respect him so much as a creative. I feel that he gives so much to me: encouragement and, just, belief. For those people you admire to encourage you, it can create so much belief in yourself. Like, what’s the worst thing if I auditioned for this? You jump and take the leap,” Hadid noted in an April 2025 Vogue cover story.
She also praised Cooper for reintroducing theater into her life, admitting, “Bradley has opened me up to going to the theater more, and that’s something that’s so nice to bring back into my life.”
The interview comes just days after the lovebirds fuelled secret wedding rumours when they were spotted in Paris sporting what appeared to be wedding bands.
The Oscar-nominated actor was photographed holding hands with Hadid during a walk in the city. The pair appeared happy as they subtly flaunted their bands from French luxury jewelry brand Boucheron.
