A one-time ice clear is not enough. Again, make sure that the ice does not accumulate. Follow a few practices after cleaning the freezer. Make sure the freezer door closes properly each time. If the door rubber seal or gasket is loose, fix it. Do not leave the door open longer than necessary. If none of these methods work, consult an experienced plumber.
