Prime Video in collaboration with Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt's Internal Sunshine Productions has released the teaser of its upcoming Prime Original film Don't Be Shy. A new star cast will be seen in the film, in which Aarushi Bajaj will play the role of Shyamili 'Shay', Piyush will play the role of Khati Mayank, Bianca Arora will play the role of Tara and Ansh Duggal will play the role of Dhruv. The film tells the story of friendship, love and the turbulent world of coming-of-age.

The young star cast of the film looks full of energy in the teaser. With stunning visuals, groovy music, fun chemistry and emotional twists, the teaser gives a glimpse of those years of life that are the most exciting but also the most confusing.

The story of Don't Be Shy revolves around 20-year-old Shyamali 'Shay' Das. Shay thinks she has her life figured out and everything is going according to plan, but suddenly her life takes a turn she didn't expect. After this things start going out of his control.

The film has been written and directed by Sriti Mukherjee. Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt have produced it under the banner of Internal Sunshine Productions, while Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani of Chalkboard Entertainment are co-producing it. Kunal Roy Kapur, Anurag Basu, Neha Dhupia and Anju Alva Naik will also be seen in important roles in the film. Don't Be Shy will premiere on Prime Video on September 25, 2026. The film will stream exclusively in Hindi with English subtitles in over 240 countries and territories including India.
