YouTuber Suraj Kumar shared a screenshot of an email he received from Bengaluru-based Aiplex Software Private Limited, which was acting on behalf of , identified in the notice as the film's producer and copyright owner. The communication stated that the company had noticed content about Toxic being published and circulated through digital and online platforms.
Toxic Ratings Disappear From BookMyShow
Yash's much-awaited Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is being talked about after its impact among netizens. An X user claimed that the film's rating had been removed from the ticket-booking platform after receiving a poor response. A Reddit user also flagged the change and shared screenshots showing that Toxic previously displayed a 5.5/10 rating, while the latest version of the page reportedly showed only the number of likes. This has led to speculation online, although there has been no official explanation from BookMyShow regarding the apparent disappearance of the rating. Directed by Geetu Mohandas and written by Yash and Geetu, Toxic stars Yash in dual roles alongside Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth. The film received an A certificate from the CBFC and was released after multiple delays.
