Rashmika Mandanna has joined the list of celebrities praising Ravi Teja’s Irumudi, calling it a “beautiful film” that tackles a subject worth talking about.
In a lengthy review on X, the 30-year-old actress wrote, “Yesterday I had the opportunity to watch Irumudi.. What a beautiful film it is.. it hit me in ways I didn’t see coming..
Generally when we grow up in small towns something happens to us or something bothers us our first response will be to tell our elders what happened because that’s the innocence in us.. and then the reality hits us.. and we are then told to keep quiet.. no matter what.. This film was such a wonderful surprise and speaks of something that should be spoken about.”

Released on August 21, the film has been performing well, with a gross collection of around Rs 73 crore in India and a net collection of Rs 62.85 crore, according to Sacnilk.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Irumudi is a father-daughter family drama starring Ravi Teja and Priya Bhavani Shankar, with Baby Nakshathra playing Ravi Teja’s daughter.
The supporting cast includes Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira and Swasika.
