Jaipur. Vipra Foundation has demanded from the BJP state leadership to give priority to qualified, hard-working and dedicated workers of the general category as per the declared policy of the party on the seats earmarked for the general category in the civic elections.
Vipra Foundation said that Bharatiya Janata Party has given clear guidelines to give priority to general category candidates on general category seats, but according to the information received from various areas, at some places these guidelines are being ignored and names of candidates from other categories are being recommended.
Due to this, there is a situation of disappointment and anger among the general category workers and the society.
The Foundation has demanded from BJP State President Madan Rathod to ensure strict adherence to the declared policy of the party throughout the state, so that the sentiments of the general category workers dedicated to the party over the years can be respected.
Vipra Foundation has informed about this demand to the national leadership of BJP, in-charge of Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Organization General Secretary, ministers, MPs, MLAs and other responsible officials.
