Shahneel Gill found herself under fire for her gameplay in Traitors India season 2.
Fans online criticized her for betraying her fellow traitor teammate Krystle D’Souza on the show which led the contestant to issue a statement, addressing the situation on social media.
Taking to her Instagram story on August 27, she reflected on her gameplay, explaining that what she had done was ‘not her finest moment,’ because she was only thinking of herself.
“Looking back at it, whatever I did to Krystle, I can admit that was not my finest moment. At that point, I was so much deep into the game that all I was thinking was I need to survive. Somehow I need to make it till the end,” she shared.
“And clearly I played too much and (the) universe literally took no time in humbling me. I got eliminated the same day! Karma did not even give me a grace period,” Shahneel added before apologizing to Krystle.
Shahneel got eliminated during Circle of Shaq (doubt) when Tanya asked both, her and Krystle to read the letters they get in the morning letting them know whether their safe from elimination or not.
While Krystle was able to recall it word by word, Shahneel struggled to which made her flustered and nervous, which resulted in her downfall.
This eventually led to her elimination in that very episode, while Krystle is still part of the show and has made it to the Finale which comes out next week.
