While talking to Aaj Tak, the film’s director and writer Vishal Chaturvedi said that before the release of the film, the producers had asked for suggestions from Premanand Maharaj ji. Vishal told that Maharaj ji had advised that the main character of the film should be very careful about his lifestyle, he should eat only vegetarian food.

Rules were followed even during shooting

The makers of the film not only followed Premanand ji’s advice but also followed the rules during the shooting. No one was allowed to abuse on the film sets. No one will fight or argue. Only vegetarian food was served on the set and no one consumed alcohol. Not only this, every day the shooting started with the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa and the day was also ended with Hanuman Chalisa.

There was no money for promotion

Director Vishal Chaturvedi has told that when there was no money to plan big events for the promotion of the film. Then our team organized 8 Bhandaras and these Bhandaras became the promotional campaign of the film. The film reached the people through these stores.

the start was very slow

According to trade reports, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ opened at only Rs 10 lakh at the box office. The total earning of the film in the first week was Rs 1.08 crore. The pace of the film slowed down further in the second week and it earned only Rs 40 lakh. That means after two weeks the collection of the film was only around Rs 1.5 crore.
