New Delhi: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat addressed the ‘One World, One Humanity’ program in New York, America. During this, he gave a big message about humanity, truth and religion and said that all paths ultimately lead to the same God.

Religions may be different, but humanity is one

Mohan Bhagwat said that I am working in a society which traditionally says that religions may be different, but humanity is one. There is one truth and humanity is the product of that truth. Therefore humanity is one.

Truth is one, but it is told and explained in different ways, because we humans are prisoners of our experiences and our limitations. Giving an interesting example, he said that we humans see at least seven colors.

He further said that I am a veterinary doctor myself, I know about dogs. Dogs only see black and white. Now no matter how much you explain the world to a dog, he will never be able to understand it like we do.

Concluding his talk, Bhagwat said that this does not mean that the dog’s experience is unreal. What he has seen is real to him. Similarly, seeing the seven colors is true for us, but we are all experiencing the same truth.

All religions lead to the ultimate truth

Bhagwat said that there are many religions in the world. Today religions are largely identified by their customs and rituals. It is necessary to follow these rituals to join any religious discipline and follow that path to reach divinity. But where is every religion taking us? He is leading us towards that ultimate truth.

He said that if I point with my finger and say that there is light there, you will first see my finger and then that light. But if you keep looking at my finger and remain stuck on it, you will never be able to see that light. Then the purpose itself is lost. Our purpose is to discover the ultimate truth, that divinity which we call by different names. Nowadays science calls it consciousness.

He also added in his address that the idea of ​​a Hindu nation is incomplete without Muslims, because the meaning of Hindu nation is to take everyone along.
