Lucknow:The case of murder of ICICI Bank female officer Divya Mishra in the capital Lucknow and the suspicious deaths that followed has taken a very complex and complicated form. On Thursday, Divya's husband Manas shot her dead outside the bank. After this, when the police reached Manas's house to arrest him, they were shocked to see the scene there. Two more bodies were found inside the house, one of Manas and the other of his mentally ill sister Sheeba. In the initial investigation, the police had considered it as suicide of Manas after the murder, but now the presence of a third person in this entire incident and the suspicion of a bigger conspiracy is beginning to deepen.
This murder mystery is very mysterious
Divya's sister and Pragya Mishra have raised many serious questions on X and have demanded an impartial and in-depth investigation from the police. Pragya says that the matter is actually not as simple as it appears.
According to him, all three victims were shot in the head from very close range, which points to a premeditated conspiracy. Did Manas first murder Divya and after that a third person tried to make the entire incident look like suicide by killing Manas and his sister Sheeba?
Missing 45 minutes and questions on auto journey
Pragya has also raised questions regarding the timing of the incident. He says that the distance from the bank to the house is only 10-15 minutes, but after Divya's murder, it took Manas about 35-45 minutes to reach home. It is necessary to investigate where he was during this period and whom he met. His running away in the auto after the murder and wandering around the crime scene also raises suspicion. The police are also investigating whether there was any way in the house through which a third person could have entered and gone out after committing the crime.
Doubt on timing of English status also
After the murder, a message in English was posted on Manas's WhatsApp status, in which Divya was accused of cheating. Pragya raised the question that Manas usually wrote in Hinglish, so who suddenly updated this status in pure English?
He said that a divorce case was already going on between the two. If Manas had evidence of Divya's infidelity, he could have presented them in the court. In such a situation, the timing of the use of the word 'cheat' also raises questions.
Recovery of weapons increased the mystery
Pragya raised questions on the recovery of weapons and asked where Manas got two pistols and a country-made pistol and who provided them. He also expressed apprehension of a conspiracy regarding the alleged stridhan worth Rs 1.5 crore. The police are investigating the call detail records (CDR) of Manas, which have revealed clues about the involvement of a third suspect. The special team of police can also go to ICICI Bank and inquire. Pragya demanded an impartial investigation and said that if necessary, the case should be handed over to a high-level independent agency.
