Irumudi has crossed the Rs 150 crore mark at the worldwide box office, making it Ravi Teja's first-ever solo film to achieve the milestone. The achievement is a big win for the actor, since his last few films opened to lukewarm reception at the box office. With the film continuing to do well in its second week, it is now eyeing the Rs 200 crore mark. Directed by Shiva Nirvana and starring Ravi Teja, Irumudi follows an alcoholic father with a violent past who undertakes a 41-day spiritual Ayyappa Deeksha for the sake of his young daughter.

 starrer  continued to attract audiences during its second week in theatres, recording a jump in domestic collections on Saturday. According to Sacnilk, the film earned an estimated Rs 12.30 crore net in India on Day 9, marking a 21.8 percent increase over the Rs 10.10 crore net collected on Day 8. The worldwide gross of Rs 152.50 crore makes Irumudi Ravi Teja's first-ever solo film to cross the Rs 150 crore mark. The milestone is important given the film's reported production budget of around Rs 35 crore, with its theatrical run already giving returns.

The film had earned Rs 6.90 crore on Day 7, taking its first-week collection to Rs 92.15 crore. With Saturday's growth, Irumudi has maintained its strong momentum going into its second week.

The Telugu version was almost entirely responsible for the Day 9 domestic collection. It earned Rs 12.29 crore net from 2,702 shows, recording 71 percent overall occupancy. The Tamil version contributed Rs 1 lakh from 31 shows, with 16 percent occupancy. The Telugu version recorded 66.98 percent overall occupancy, with night shows registering the highest turnout at 82.31 percent. Evening shows recorded 76.85 percent occupancy, followed by afternoon shows at 64.54 percent and morning shows at 44.23 percent.

Director Shiva Nirvana also spoke about the film's success, saying that Irumudi has given everyone involved what they wanted. He said that while some films bring money and others bring awards, Irumudi has given everything to its producers, lead actor, distributors, audience and even theatre canteen staff. He added that the film has given Ravi Teja work satisfaction as an actor, while the distributors and producers are happy with the profits. He also said that, Irumudi has managed to deliver something for everyone associated with the film.
