Nepal Flood Tragedy: The death toll from the flash floods in Nepal has reached 724, while around 2,500 people are still missing after the disaster. Rescue teams are recovering more bodies. On the fifth day of this flood tragedy, rescue teams are working rapidly to search for the missing and rescue the stranded people and bodies have been recovered from all the eight affected districts. Meanwhile, a warning has been issued to the people about further floods.

According to news agency AP report, officials in Nepal are warning of floods again on Sunday. He has asked the people of the flood affected districts to remain fully alert as the water level in the Bhotekoshi river has increased. Flood warning messages were sent to people's phones on Sunday morning. Meanwhile, rescue teams were working to clear the main highway that connects Kathmandu to the area worst hit by Wednesday's devastating floods.

In the town of Galchi, some people walked to a nearby bridge to get higher ground and watched the raging flow of the river. People pointed to huge rocks that had been washed away in previous floods. At the same time, people standing on the suspension bridge over the water were warned by blowing a whistle to move away from there.

On the banks of the river, entire houses, vehicles and farm tractors were seen sunken or stuck out of the thick grey-brown silt; This silt has engulfed entire villages in the areas most affected by the flood. A landslide occurred in the paddy fields along the river bank, causing parts of the fields to fall into the river.
