Veteran actors Jackie Shroff and Anupam Kher took a nostalgic trip down memory lane as they reunited for a drive through Mumbai’s Lokhandwala Market, recalling their friendship and memories from the days of ‘Ram Lakhan’.

Jackie Shroff was behind the wheel while Kher accompanied him. Kher shared a video of the outing on Instagram, describing the ride with his longtime friend as a special moment after nearly three decades.

In the video, Kher expressed his delight at being driven by Jackie and recalled their ‘Ram Lakhan’ days, when they would travel from Habib Studio in a jeep. He also reminisced about meeting special guests during that period.

The actor captioned the video by calling Jackie the “King of Swag” and praised his effortless style, warmth and affection.

“Some people acquire swag. Some people work at it. And then there is #JackieShroff!! For whom swag is simply a way of life,” Kher wrote, adding that Jackie’s style and warmth have remained unchanged over the years.

Kher also expressed his appreciation for Jackie’s affection towards him and his family, as well as his fondness for the food prepared by his wife.

Jackie, in turn, warmly praised Kher, saying, “Anupamji, you are someone who I absolutely adore from my heart. I respect your family, respect your craft, respect what you do.”

Kher responded, “I love you too, my friend.”

The two actors have shared the screen in several films over the years, including ‘Karma’, ‘Palay Khan’, ‘Kaash’, ‘Tridev’, ‘Ram Lakhan’, ‘Parinda’, ‘Saudagar’, ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’ and ‘Apna Sapna Money Money’.
