Nivin Pauly’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is winning over audiences, and its performance in the second week is proof of its growing popularity. On its ninth day, the Girish AD directorial recorded another jump in collections, earning Rs 10.20 crore net in India on its second Saturday. The film has now crossed Rs 170 crore worldwide and, in the process, surpassed the lifetime collection of Nivin Pauly’s previous hit Sarvam Maya. With this milestone, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has emerged as the actor’s highest-grossing film worldwide, while its songs, performances and humour continue to impress fans even beyond Kerala.

 recorded Rs 10.20 crore net in India on Day 9, taking its total domestic net collection to Rs 72.05 crore. Its India gross collection stands at Rs 85.02 crore. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has now surpassed the worldwide lifetime collection of Sarvam Maya, which earned Rs 151 crore during its theatrical run. The achievement makes the directorial Nivin Pauly’s highest-grossing film worldwide.

 had also collected Rs 76 crore net in India. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is currently just short of that figure domestically, with its India net collection standing at Rs 72.05 crore after nine days. Given its current progress, the film is expected to surpass Sarvam Maya’s domestic total on its second Sunday.

The film also continued its strong overseas run, earning Rs 11 crore on Saturday. Its overseas gross collection has now reached Rs 87.50 crore. With the latest figures, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has taken its worldwide gross collection to Rs 172.52 crore.

The Day 9 collection marks one of the film’s strongest daily performances since its August 21 release. The film has shown growth in its second week, with its collections rising from Rs 8.75 crore on Day 7 to Rs 9.40 crore on Day 8 before reaching Rs 10.20 crore on Saturday.

Directed by Girish AD, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit stars Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles. The cast also includes Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, Suresh Krishna and Vinay Forrt. The film is produced by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran under Fahadh Faasil and Friends, Bhavana Studios and Working Class Hero. The film follows Ashley (Mamitha), who falls for her older neighbour, Justin (Nivin), a charismatic middle-aged man who her senior. Set within a close-knit neighbourhood and a large family, the film shows romance, humour and slice-of-life drama.
