Political controversy increases over 'two cups' statement

Political conflict has intensified in Bihar regarding Rahul Gandhi's statement about Dalit community and 'two cups'. Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a scathing attack on Congress and Rahul Gandhi regarding this statement.

BJP leaders allege that Congress is trying to spread hatred among the people on reservation and social issues. BJP has criticized Rahul Gandhi's statement calling it divisive in the society.

On the other hand, Congress has supported Rahul Gandhi's statement. From the party's side, it is being described as a statement highlighting the issues to social discrimination.

Ravi Shankar Prasad targeted Rahul Gandhi

In Patna, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad targeted Rahul Gandhi and said that he does not have any concrete issue. He claimed that whenever Rahul Gandhi raises any issue, he has to suffer political loss on the same.

Ravi Shankar Prasad also mentioned the issue to Vande Mataram. He said that Rahul Gandhi had raised this issue earlier and he had to suffer politically on that too.

After the statement of the BJP MP, the controversy over the 'two cups' comment intensified further. BJP is raising questions on Congress by linking this issue to social harmony and political discussion.

Ashok Chaudhary also raised questions

Bihar government minister Ashok Kumar Chaudhary also raised questions on Rahul Gandhi's statement. He asked that if such discrimination exists in the society then whose responsibility is it.

Ashok Chaudhary said that on this question it should also be seen whose governments have been in power for so long. Referring to the governments of 10 years and 50 years, he asked Rahul Gandhi to question himself.

It is clear from his statement that the ruling party in Bihar is trying to corner Rahul Gandhi and Congress on this issue.

BJP spokesperson accused of spreading hatred

BJP spokesperson in Delhi Yasir Jilani also targeted Rahul Gandhi. He alleged that Rahul Gandhi is continuously lying and efforts are being made to spread hatred in the society through his statements.

Yasir Jilani also mentioned the protests at Jantar Mantar. He said that it seems that Rahul Gandhi has found a new method, but this is his misunderstanding.

The BJP spokesperson also questioned Rahul Gandhi's claim that there was discrimination at places like roadside vendors or tea shops. He said that this kind of discrimination is not happening there.

At present, the political conflict between BJP and Congress seems to be increasing over the 'two cups' statement. On one hand, BJP is linking it to hatred and social division, while Congress is standing in favor of Rahul Gandhi's statement. Amidst the electoral politics in Bihar, this issue may gain more importance in the coming days.
