India Share Market Update: Considering the weak cues in the global markets, experts have predicted that the leading indices of the Indian stock market, Sensex and Nifty 50, will start the week with a gap-down today on August 31st. The trend of Gift Nifty also indicated a weak start for the Indian benchmark index. Gift Nifty was trading at around 24,232, down 110 points from the previous closing price of Nifty futures.

Domestic stock indices remained positive in the previous session, with the benchmark Nifty 50 closing above the 24,100 level.
