Delhi. A school bus driver has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old nursery student of a private school in Delhi's Bawana area. Police gave this information. The incident came to light on August 19 when the girl's family noticed injury marks on her private parts.
When asked by mother, told about 'bad uncle'
Upon questioning, the girl told her mother about an “evil uncle” at school who used to give her chocolates. But the girl could not tell the name of the accused. After which the family informed the school administration about this. This entire incident was informed to the police. On August 24, the girl was shown school photographs and CCTV footage, during which she identified the accused.
An FIR was registered over the incident under relevant provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and the accused was arrested from the school premises.
Chased and harassed four times in school
Investigation revealed that the accused had been driving a school bus for about eight months and allegedly followed the girl to the bathroom, where he sexually assaulted her. A senior police officer said preliminary investigation indicated that the girl was assaulted four times.
There are many videos of the accused giving chocolates to small children in his mobile.
The mobile phone of the accused has also been seized, in which videos of him giving chocolates to small children have been recovered. CCTV footage of the school premises has also been captured.
Nirbhaya like case in Kashmiri Gate area
Let us tell you that a case like Nirbhaya has come to light in another area of Delhi, where a student studying in class 11 was brutally assaulted inside an empty sleeper bus in Kashmere Gate area. The police have arrested all the accused involved in the gangrape, mainly the driver and conductor. Now in this matter, AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj has accused Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta of being 'indifferent and insensitive'. Responding to 'X', he said, “Delhi (Delhi) became 'child rape capital' under the rule of a woman chief minister.
Capital is becoming child capital
Yesterday's news: A three year old child was sexually assaulted in a play school. Today's news: A three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by the driver of her school van. Another news – 15 year old girl raped by bus personnel in a moving bus. I am not saying that Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has raped these children, but her reaction to such incidents has been extremely insensitive and indifferent.”
Accusing the Chief Minister of not meeting the parents of a three-year-old girl, who was allegedly sexually assaulted by the head clerk of a private school in Janakpuri, the AAP leader claimed that Gupta never took the school management to task for taking the side of the accused.
BJP is promoting shameless influencers
Bhardwaj said in the post, “Despite the investigation report revealing serious violations of POCSO norms by the school management, his government and his minister Ashish Sood did not file an FIR against the school management. The BJP is promoting a group of shameless influencers who will run social media campaigns in favor of these rapists.
