HUDCO Recruitment 2026: Who can apply?
Projects Discipline
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 60% marks is required. Candidates holding an MBA or a two-year PG Diploma in Finance will be given preference.
Finance Discipline
For this post, candidates must be a CA/CMA or hold a two-year full-time MBA/PG Diploma with a specialization in Finance. Candidates with an MBA/PG Diploma must have secured a minimum of 60% marks.
Age Limit
Deputy General Manager (E-5): Maximum 45 years
Assistant General Manager (E-4): Maximum 40 years
Senior Manager (E-3): Maximum 35 years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates will be applicable.
Experience Required
DGM (E-5): Minimum 11 years of experience
AGM (E-4): Minimum 7 years of experience
Senior Manager (E-3): Minimum 5 years of experience
Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in CPSEs, banks, NBFCs, and multilateral institutions.
Salary and Benefits
In addition to the salary based on the IDA pattern, benefits such as HRA, medical facilities, superannuation benefits, post-retirement facilities, and other allowances will be provided. The annual CTC can go up to approximately ₹30.47 lakh. How will the selection be made?
There will be no written examination for recruitment to these posts. Candidates will be selected solely on the basis of an interview. The interview may be conducted in either Hindi or English.
